Elmer Chasar argued for the zoning of the 312 acres to allow f11t"re 8hrpansion of the p8rk. The plannnr:=; have lone range plans to build 800 more homes in the same ares. Councilman Berry stated if the developers fut'.re plans 2re roal1.zed they could corne back to COi~ncil at that time and discuss their needs. Motion by Derry seconded by Hudrock recoi'~i(,endations te accepted as presented by PlannJng CODrrr.ission.
