<br />COUNCIL MEETlllG <br /> <br />MAY 24, 1971 <br /> <br />ROLL CALL Follo;.ling were present, Tomeo, King, Berry, Mudrock, <br />Dondelinger and Perrella. <br /> <br />REPORT FROH JOE MADONNA: <br /> <br />1. <br />2. <br /> <br />Gave report on Coal Creek. <br />Mr Varnish requested a letter for a go ahead on legal <br />on legal entities of Cities l.nvolved. <br />Resolution to give Coal Creek committee authority to go <br />ahead with work on Coal Creek. Motion by ~erry seconded <br />by King to have resolution drawn up. Motion carried. <br />Loaisville is elligble for flood insurance inswrance <br />by adopting countyresocution. <br />Let to be sent to $oil onservation Department request- <br />ing a Flood Plan study of Coal Creek. Motion by Berry <br />seconded by King. Motion carried. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />4. <br />5. <br /> <br />ATTORNEY MORRIS: <br /> <br />SIDF#!ALKS: <br /> <br />He reported that he would have to have the date of the <br />Enviromental impact report, to determine if Bruns is re- <br />sponsible for it in his con:tract. <br />Reported he will continue to work on Howard shares of water <br />offered to us. Further thought and ~tudy needed on water <br />needs. <br /> <br />Sidewalk Ordinance #382 on ~econd reading motion by Berry seconded <br />by Mudrock to adopt. Unan~mously passed. <br /> <br />Intermountain Systems awarded contract on pump station. Motion <br />by Dondelinger seconded by King to award contract to Intermountain <br />Systems. Roll Call vote Tomeo y.es, King yes, Berry yes, Mudrock <br />yes, Dondelinger yes, Perrella yes Motion carried. <br /> <br />Broo~teld to be invited to next work session, June 7th, to discuss <br />water proposal. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned <br />
