Perrella. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL: <br /> <br />Present Tomeo, King, Berry, }1udrock, Dondelinger &. Dondelinger. <br /> <br />CORRESDONDENCE: None <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES: Correction to read Cleo Mudrock appointed Deputy Clerk. <br />Minutes stand a~ modified. <br /> <br />ITEMS ON AGENDA: <br /> <br />1. Liquor License read for Allen Neill (Twin Light). <br />Motion by Mudrock seconded by K~ng that liquor application <br />be accepted. Motion carried. <br /> <br />2. Annexation of Alley (Miller) Ordinance #384 has been read <br />and ordered published. Deeds are prepared and will be signed <br />before next meeting. Motion by berry seconded by King to <br />accept. Motion carried. <br /> <br />3. Annexation of Hi-way 42. Papers sent to Hi way Dept. and <br />should be back in time for annexation next meeting. <br /> <br />4.. Easement through Clyncke property and parment of wheat <br />crop(150.00). Attorney Morris stated he has not heard <br />from Attorney Pomainville to authorize the payment of <br />$2,744.00 plus $150.00 crop damage. Motion by ~ondelinger <br />seconded by King to authorize payment. Motion carried. <br /> <br />5. Church Pr~pp.rty~ Mr. sanks stated negotations are proceeding <br />for" property ons. propert;t trade, but no commitments will be <br />made until there has been a full inveAtigation. It will be <br />nece~sary to trade the church property for the par~ site <br />due to a water main where the church building should be built. <br />This would release the City of digging up the water main. <br />The trade would be an acre for acre trade however Louif.:l1ille <br />~~y incur the Church's cost in change of plans estimated <br />at $1,170.00. Report next meeting. <br /> <br />6. Larger water line for E & C Industries. Requesting 2" line <br />due to expansion would have to have new tap. Purchase new <br />tap with credit for 3/4" existing tap. This matter was <br />turned over to the water committee and Mr. Sanks. <br /> <br />Max to prepare notice for Louisville Times in regards to meet- <br />ing for Comprehensive Master Plan August 12, 1971 at 7:30 P. M. <br />Directed to prepare to publish for bids on curbs and gutters on <br />Jefferson Ave. One property owner involved (Joe Udovich) of <br />1501 Jefferson given 30 days notice that the expense of the <br />curb and gutter in front of that property would be charged to the <br />owners if they do not undertake to do the improveITent themselves. <br />
