Mr. Krahl of Boettcher and ~ompany presented Ordinance on the <br />Bond issue. Council decided to have l.iity A:ttorney approve the <br />Ordinance and present it at Oct. 5th Meeting. <br /> <br />2. HiWay reco~rll11endations read by Mayor as presented by Planning <br />Commission. Motion by Dondelinger seconded by Perrella,that <br />the City concur with Planning Commissions reconu'lendations and <br />letter be sent to CI:)unty Commissioners, Dept. of Development. <br />Motiom carried. <br /> <br />3. Letter from 'uistrict S & 6 requesting that an Ordinance be <br />adopted requiring approval from Ditch Company of plots from <br />new developers. Ord.i nance would clear problems of easements. <br /> <br />4. Max discussed land at forty-two and Pine as a possible location <br />for Roman Foods.Council came to the conclusion it w~s not enough <br />space. Joe Madonna suggested keeping this area for Hi Way re- <br />constructions. No land available in Industrial area. Max to <br />bring Industrial area up to date. <br /> <br />S. Purchase of 2 shares of Howard water with potion on more also <br />includes some J.Jry Creek shares. Hotion by Kj.ng seconded by <br />Dondelinger to purchase Howard water for $10,000. Motion l.iarried. <br /> <br />6. Mr. Sanks reported on Church property. Church agreed to "No Fault <br />Contract". Church 'wiD ing to grant valid easement. City has <br />alread incurred cost of $2,250. in delay. Max sugrr,ested two ways <br />to remedy this matter. 1. Relocate the line on one side of the <br />Church. 2. For about $11,000. line could be taken to the west <br />into the park land or obtain new easement from the Church on the <br />east side t>,:i.s would cost approximately $8,500. This matter to <br />be discussed at Monday night work s~ssion. <br /> <br />Dennis Lumberg for Hous ng Renewal requested i.lity pay expenses to <br />deliver a letter to every house in Louisville in regards to the <br />Housing code and whv it is needed. Motion by Berry seconded by <br />King that letters be sent, City pay expenses and take out of Plan- <br />ning account number 212-3. Motion carried.
