<br />RESOLUTION NO. 6 <br />SERIES 2010 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST FOR A SPECIAL REVIEW USE (SRU) <br />TO ERECT, ANI> OPERATE A BUILI>ING MOUNTED, CMRS <br />TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITY AT 315 SOUTH BOULDER ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council approving a request <br />for a Special Review Use (SRU) to erect, and operate a building mounted, CMRS <br />telecommunications facility at 315 South Boulder Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the SRU plan have been reviewed by City Staff and <br />the Planning Commission and found, to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, <br />subdivision regulations, the Commercial Development Design Standards and Guidelines <br />(CDDSG), related policies and previous approvals; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said SRU application on <br />February 16,2010, where evidence and testimony were entered into the public record, including <br />the staff report dated February 16,2010, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the <br />City Council, with the following condition; <br /> <br />1. The Special Review Use is granted to the applicant only." <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation of <br />the Planning Commission and finds that the revised documents are in full compliance with the <br />conditions of the Planning Commission and that the application should be approved, with the <br />above condition. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve a request for a Special Review Use (SRU) to erect, and operate a <br />building mounted, CMRS telecommunications facility at 315 South Boulder Road. <br /> <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />Sheri Marsella, Mayor Pro Tern <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br />
