• • <br />RESOLUTION #8 <br />Series 1984 <br />A Resolution approving the Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />for 609 Main Street Building. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning <br />Commission an application and petition for a Planned Unit Develop- <br />ment (PUD) for property located at 609 Main Street, by Robert <br />E. Pritchard, 723 West Linden Ave., Louisville, Colorado; and, <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the PUD have been reviewed by <br />City staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance <br />with the Louisville Ordinance, Subdivision Regulations, and related <br />policies; and, <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning <br />said PUD, the Planning Commission does hereby approve the Final <br />Planned Unit Development. <br />NOW THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Louisville does hereby approve the 609 Main Street <br />Building PUD. <br />Passed and adopted this 8th day of May, 1984. <br />Eugene Caranci, Chairman <br />Louisville Planning Commission <br />ATTEST; <br />Larry Martella, Secretary <br />Louisville Planning Commission <br />APPROVE <br />
