RESOLUTION NO. 3 <br /> SERIES 2011 <br /> A RESOLUTION SETTING THE COMPENSATION OF THE DEPUTY MUNICIPAL <br /> JUDGE <br /> WHEREAS, Section 9 -3(c) of the home rule charter provides that the City Council shall <br /> establish the compensation for the presiding municipal judge and each deputy municipal judge; and <br /> WHEREAS, the salary of the presiding municipal judge has been set by ordinance, and the <br /> City Council by this resolution desires to set the compensation of the deputy municipal judge; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> 1.
