RESOLUTION NO. 7 <br />SERIES 2025 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BOCC INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br />AMENDMENT WITH BOULDER COUNTY FOR 2025 CO -RESPONDER SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2024-10, Series 2024, adopted on March 5, 2024, <br />the City Council approved an Intergovernmental Agreement with Boulder County pursuant <br />to which the Department of Community Services would provide the Louisville Police <br />Department with Co -Responder services; and <br />WHEREAS, the BOCC Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) Amendment replaces <br />Exhibit A with a new Statement of Work for 2025 and the compensation to be paid by the <br />City for 2025 ; and <br />WHEREAS, by this resolution the City Council desires to approve the Amendment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. The City Council hereby approves the BOCC Intergovernmental <br />Agreement (IGA) Amendment between the City of Louisville and Boulder County, for <br />behavioral health Co -Responder services in 2025, in essentially the same form as the copy <br />of such Amendment that accompanies this resolution. <br />Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the Amendment on behalf <br />of the City, and the Mayor is hereby further authorized to negotiate and approve such <br />revisions to the Amendment as the Mayor determines are necessary or desirable for the <br />protection of the City, so long as the essential terms and conditions of the Amendment are <br />not altered. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of February, 2025. <br />ATTEST: <br />G. 1.2-trl-c) <br />Genny Kline, Interim City Clerk <br />c 4,, <br />Christopher M Leh, Mayor <br />Resolution No. 7, Series 2025 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
