CONSENT AGENDA <br />The following items on the City Council Agenda are considered routine by the City Manager and shall be <br />approved, adopted, accepted, etc., by motion of the City Council and roll call vote unless the Mayor or a City <br />Council person specifically requests that such item be considered under `Regular Business." In such an event <br />the item shall be removed from the "Consent Agenda" and Council action taken separately on said item in the <br />order appearing on the Agenda.
