Administrator and shall be approved, adopted, accepted, etc., by <br />motion of the City Council and roll call vote unless the Mayor or a City Council person specifically requests that such item be considered under <br />"Regular Business." In such an event the item shall be removed from the "Consent Agenda" and Council action taken separately on said item in the <br />order appearing on the Agenda.
