<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.68.050 OF THE LOUISVILLE
<br />MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING POSITION CLASSIFICATION AND
<br />SALARY STRUCTURE.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that Section 2.68.050 of the
<br />Louisville Municipal Code, as amended by Ordinance No. 1058, Series 1991, and
<br />Ordinance No. 1103, Series 1993, should be amended to establish Grades E-39 and
<br />E-40 within the Exempt Salary Structure of the City.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO:
<br />
<br />Sectinn 1 Section 2.68.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code, as amended
<br />by Ordinance No.1 058, Series 1991, and Ordinance No. 1103, Series 1993, with
<br />respect to the portion thereof entitled "Exempt Salary Structure" only, is hereby
<br />amended to read as follows (words to be added appear in bold italics):
