Roll Call Vote: Mulvahill - yes, Rommelfanger - yes and Wilson - <br />yes. <br />Mulvahill clarified no further action needed to be taken on the 2 days previously <br />held in abeyance. Attorney Light confirmed those days would just be considered <br />to have lapsed. <br />Mulvahill confirmed with Mr. Newman concerning the ruling and the Authority <br />agreed Mr. Newman could choose the days to serve and coordinate with <br />Secretary Hanson. <br />B. Transfer Application - Albertson's LLC d/b/a Albertson's Food Center No. <br />812 - 3.2% Beer License Off Premise - 910 W. Cherry Ave. <br />Chairperson Mulvahill noted Mr. Lumbye, attorney for Albertson's was in <br />attendance. Mr. Lumbye reported his firm has not received the final loan <br />documents but will get them to the Authority secretary as soon as his office has <br />them. Attorney Light asked about the deed for the new property owners. Mr. <br />Lumbye stated he thought Albertson's LLC owned the property but he would get <br />clarification. <br />Lipton moved the Authority approve the transfer application for Albertson's LLC <br />subject to the licensee providing confirmation of property ownership and the final <br />financial documents. Rommelfanger seconded. Roll Call Vote: Lipton - yes, <br />Wilson - yes, Rommelfanger - yes, Koertje - yes and Mulvahill - yes. Transfer <br />approved subject to provisions. <br />C. Transfer Application - RLJ 11- R Louisville CO Lessee, LLC and White <br />Lodging Services Corporation d/b/a Residence Inn by Marriott - Louisville <br />- Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License - 845 Coal Creek Circle <br />Rommelfanger moved the Authority accept this transfer application. Koertje <br />seconded. Roll Call Vote: Lipton - yes, Wilson - yes, Koertje - yes, <br />Rommelfanger - yes and Mulvahill - yes. Transfer approved. <br />D. Transfer Application - RLJ 11- C Louisville CO Lessee, LLC and White <br />Lodging Services Corporation d/b/a Courtyard by Marriott Louisville- <br />Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License - 948 West Dillon <br />Lipton moved the Authority approve this transfer application upon the receipt of <br />all the closing documents. Mulvahill seconded. Roll Call Vote: Lipton - yes, <br />Wilson - yes, Koertje - yes, Rommelfanger - yes and Mulvahill - yes.
