Deputy City Manager Boyd confirmed it has and noted a solid fence <br />was erected to assist in eliminating dirt and dust. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />No items to report. <br /> CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Simmons reported the following: <br />. An Audit Report from the State of Colorado Department of Local Affairs <br /> concluded the City's 2004 Conservation Trust Fund was compliant. <br />. The slide at the Recreation Pool has been closed due to a failed pump. <br />. The supplier for the playground equipment at Memory Square will meet <br /> with City Staff to determine if more toddler appropriate playground <br /> equipment is required. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Mayor Pro T em Brown reported on the progress of the Business Development <br />and Retention Web Site. <br />Mayor Sisk reminded Council of the Board and Commission interviews, which will <br />be held on Tuesday, January 10, and Wednesday, January 11, at 5:30 p.m. <br />City Manager Simmons stated Staff will contact Council members for their <br />availability for the rescheduled Legislative meeting. <br /> ADJOURN <br />Mayor Pro Tem Brown moved for adjournment, seconded by Council member <br />Yarnell. The meeting was adjourned at 7:40 p.m. <br />
