He stressed such an ordinance would not allow the City to gain any <br />advantage over the cable television provider. <br />Mayor Pro Tern Brown voiced his concern the City may be needlessly subjected <br />to litigation that cannot be won. <br />Council member Muckle stated it is clear the City will push for public access. He <br />stressed the City is making progress with Comcast. <br />Mayor Sisk reported meeting with Mr. Luallin, who suggested delaying the <br />franchise agreement. Mayor Sisk stated he would not be a party to that action. <br />He voiced his thanks and appreciation to the City Attorney, Special Counsel, City <br />Staff and Council members who have worked on the Comcast Cable TV <br />franchise agreement negotiations. <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />None. <br />ADJOURN <br />Mayor Pro Tern Brown moved for adjournment, secqnded by Council member <br />Marsella.
