He also <br />reported on pending litigation on the 96th Street Project. St. Paul Insurance <br />Company is legal counsel and will be filing a response to the lawsuit. He <br />thanked Council for their consideration of the City Attorney's compensation. <br /> CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Simmons reported on the following: <br />. Xcel Energy has filed an application for a permanent site for a high- <br /> pressure station. <br />. Additional playground equipment has been ordered for Memory Square <br /> Park. <br />. The Business Retention Committee February 6 meeting included <br /> discussion relative to hiring a professional photographer and adding <br /> Planning Commission member Hank Dalton to the committee. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Brown supported the Business Retention Committee's hiring a <br />professional photographer and adding Planning Commissioner member Hank <br />Dalton to the Committee. <br />City Manager Simmons reported on the following agenda items: <br />. February 14 Study Session Agenda Item - Meet with Louisville Fire <br /> Protection District. <br />. February 21, City Council Meeting Agenda Items - First reading of the <br /> Comcast Cable TV Franchise renewal; Impact fees and the Sawyer <br /> Litigation. <br />. February 28, Study Session Agenda Item - Highway 42 Revitalization <br /> Project. <br />. March 6, Open Records/Open Meetings Training for Boards & <br /> Commissions, 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., City Council Chambers. <br />. March 10, Open Records/Open Meetings Training for Boards & <br /> Commissions, 8:30 - 10:30 a.m., Municipal Court Chambers. <br />
