The motion was <br /> seconded by Council member Sackett. All in favor. <br /> ORDINANCE No. 1489, SERIES 2006 -AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE CABLE TELEVISION CUSTOMER SERVICE <br /> STANDARDS _1st reading - set public hearing 3/21/06 <br /> Mayor Sisk requested a City Attorney introduction. <br /> City Attorney Light read Ordinance No. 1989, Series 2006. <br /> MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved that Ordinance No. 1489, Series 2006 be sent out <br /> for publication and a public hearing be set for March 21,2006, seconded by <br /> Mayor Pro Tern Brown. All in favor. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1487, SERIES 2006 - AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE <br /> VACATION OF PORTIONS OF THE SOUTH FRONT STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY <br /> LOCATED BETWEEN LOTS 16 AND 17, BLOCK 8 AND LOTS 10 AND 11, <br /> BLOCK 9 IN THE MURPHY PLACE SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF <br /> LOUISVILLE; AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF QUIT CLAIM DEEDS IN <br /> CONNECTION WITH SUCH V ACA TION, AND APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A GRANT OF EASEMENTS AND <br /> AGREEMENT FOR TEMPORARY OCCUPANCY OF THAT PORTION OF <br /> SUCH RIGHT-OF-WAY NOT SUBJECT TO VACATION <br /> Mayor Sisk requested a City Attorney report on his discussion with Ms. Levy. <br /> City Attorney Light reported after discussion with Ms. Levy, Counsel for the <br /> Sawyers and Ehrmanns, the parties are in agreement on approval of Ordinance <br /> No. 1487, Series 2006. As a condition of the ordinance, deeds and easements <br /> shall not be signed until the settlement and easement agreements are revised to <br /> provide the following: The fencing along the new right-of-way corridor and along <br /> any portion of the north or south boundaries of the new right-of-way shall be no <br /> higher than four-feet, and of a single open lattice-type. <br /> Ms. Levy stated her clients never requested a six-foot fence, but are a happy to <br /> accept the condition and move forward. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br />
