<br /> City Council <br /> Meeting Minutes <br /> March 7, 2006 <br /> Page 12 of 16 <br /> Melisa Devincenzi, 1001 Rex Street, Louisville, CO thanked Council for their <br /> consideration in this matter. <br /> Tom Rafferty clarified that the neighboring residents were never pointing fingers <br /> at anyone, but merely wanted clarification on the fencing issue. <br /> MOTION: Mayor Pro Tem Brown moved for approval of Ordinance No. 1487, <br /> Series 2006, with the additional conditions, seconded Council member Muckle. <br /> City Attorney Light reviewed the conditions of approval of Ordinance No. 1487, <br /> Series 2006: The deeds and easements shall not be signed until the settlement <br /> and easement agreements are revised to provide the following: The fencing <br /> along the new right-of-way corridor and along any portion of the north or south <br /> boundaries of the new right-of-way shall be no higher than four-feet, and of a <br /> single open lattice-type. <br /> VOTE: Roll call vote was taken. The motion carried by a vote of 7-0. <br /> ORDINANCE No. 1456, SERIES 2004 - AN ORDINANCE ZONING <br /> PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE AND KNOWN AS THE <br /> HOYLE PROPERTY - 2nd reading - public hearing (advertised Daily Camera <br /> 9/25/04,2/27/05,3/17/05, & 11/26/05) - continued from 10/19/04,2/1/05, <br /> 3/17/05, 5/17/05, 7/19/05, 10/4/05, 12/6/05, & 217106 <br /> Mayor Sisk requested a City Attorney introduction. <br /> City Attorney Light read Ordinance No. 1456, Series 2004, and reported on <br /> correspondence received on March 3 from Mr. Richard Lopez, Counsel for the <br /> Hoyle Family Trust. The letter requested an additional continuance to April 18, <br /> 2006. He explained when Council reviews Hoyle matter in April there will be a <br /> new ordinance, which will address the resolution of the zoning issues. <br /> MOTION: Mayor Pro Tern Brown moved that Council continue Ordinance No. <br /> 1456, Series 2004 to April 18, 2006, seconded by Council member Yarnell. All in <br /> favor. <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11, SERIES 2006 - A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE <br /> TIMING OF REVIEW OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN 2005 UPDATE <br /> Mayor Sisk reported both City Manager Simmons and Planning Director Paul <br /> Wood are ill. He requested the resolution be continued to March 21. <br /> MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved Resolution No. 11, Series 2006 be continued to <br /> March 21, seconded by Mayor Pro Tern Brown. All in favor. <br />
