Resolution No. 35, Series 2006 - A Resolution Approving an <br /> Intergovernmental Agreement with the Boulder County Clerk <br /> and Recorder for the Conduct and Administration of a <br /> Coordinated Election to be Held November 7, 2006 <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />Jean Morgan, 1131 Spruce Street, Louisville, CO asked Council to bring back <br />Tuesday hours at the Historical Museum. <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br /> THE AGENDA <br />City Manager Simmons reported the Downtown Business Association presented <br />the City Council a plaque of appreciation for the City of Louisville sponsorship of <br />the Street Faire. <br />Mayor Sisk reported on the success of this year's Street Faire. He stressed next <br />year's Street Faire would be a consideration in the 2007 budget. He reminded <br />the public of the Fall Festival activities and the Labor Day Parade in September. <br />He also reported on being contacted by a group who desire to create a forum for <br />various ballot issues, including the City of Louisville's Use Tax question. He had <br />an opportunity to attend a presentation on wireless connection. He stressed the <br />need for Louisville to be a wireless community, and noted this would be an <br />agenda item for the September 5,2006 meeting. <br /> REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> CONDITIONS SURVEY & URBAN RENEWAL PLAN <br />RESOLUTION No. 36, SERIES 2006 - A RESOLUTION MAKING <br />LEGISLATIVE FINDINGS DETERMINING AN AREA WITHIN THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE TO BE A BLIGHTED AREA AND APPROPRIATE FOR <br /> INCLUSION IN AN URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT <br />RESOLUTION No. 37, SERIES 2006 - A RESOLUTION MAKING <br />LEGISLATIVE FINDINGS AND APPROVING THE URBAN RENEWAL PLAN <br /> FOR THE HIGHWAY 42 REVITALIZATION AREA <br />
