The City received a copy of the signed lease between CCTV and <br /> Christopher Village, for a subleased property at 1075 E. South Boulder <br /> Road in Louisville. <br />. The City Council will discuss the allocation of PEG fees at their September <br /> 19, meeting. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Mayor Pro Tem Brown commented on the Louisville Business Retention and <br />Economic Development Web Site. He asked for an update on marketing and <br />planning options and on search engines for the web site. The next BRaD meting <br />will be on September 11, 2006. He also commented on the Fall Festival <br />activities at Community Park. <br />City Manager Simmons reported Louisville Revitalization Committee (LRC) <br />members Rob Lathrop and Robert Tofte met with County Commissioner Ben <br />Pearlman, about TIF funding for the Highway 42 Revitalization Project. <br />Mayor Sisk reported on the Northwest Parkway Authority and on the funds due to <br />the City of Louisville. He reminded Council of the breakfast meeting with the <br />Boulder Valley School District on September 14. He would like to honor <br />Louisville Elementary School Principal Robin Hamasaki, at the September 19, <br />Council meeting. Hamasaki has been called up for a two-year tour of duty in the <br />Army Reserve. He reminded Council of the Special Budget meeting on <br />September 12, which will be held at the Library. He thanked the volunteers from <br />Heritage House who served the Senior Dinner on September 1. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> Chari <br />
