He explained <br />the Xcel Energy Foothills Compression Station has not been completed. He also <br />reported a City water tap for the Xcel Energy Foothills Compression Station is <br />prohibited by the US 36 IGA and the' Super IGA. The County is seeking <br />authorization from the other signatories of the agreement to amend the IGA's. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk addressed the issue raised by Mr. Deborski regarding potential ethics <br />violations and noted in such instances, the City will pay for an advisory opinion. <br />He stated Council will not tolerate disrespectful public comments voiced against <br />Staff, consultants or other citizens at Council meetings. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem Brown addressed an email from the Library Board requesting <br />funds for public art, and suggested Council review this request. He asked City <br />Attorney Light for clarification on calling up a decision from the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />City Attorney Light stated the Louisville Municipal Code requires 15 days.
