The City transferred approximately $128,000 of mowing and pest control costs from the General Fund related to parks and open space. . Conservation Trust - Lottery Fund has $340,500 capital expenditure appropriation in 2007 for a variety of park improvements. . Capital Projects Fund requests appropriations of $3,966,908 primarily for large road construction projects in 2007 including Dillon Rd - 96th to 104th street. . Water & Wastewater fund appropriates $7,062,188 for operations, debt service and capital projects. The City will budget a 3% rate increase for 2007. . The Golf course is requesting a $512,684 appropriation for golf operations and capital in 2007. . Building Maintenance Fund requests appropriations of $150,000 for recreation center maintenance and $64,000 for City hall maintenance in 2007. . Fleet Management Fund is requesting $390,000 in vehicle replacements, which include 5 patrol vehicles. The 2007 appropriations are $2,812,246 less than the appropriation requests for 2006.
