Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />September 12, 2024 <br />Page 1 of 12 <br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />September 12, 2024 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />6:30 PM <br />Call to Order — Chairperson Brauneis called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. <br />Roll Call was taken, and the following members were present: <br />Commission Members Present: Steve Brauneis, Chair <br />Jeff Moline, Vice Chair <br />Debra Baskett, Secretary <br />David Bangs <br />Cullen Choi <br />Jonathan Mihaly <br />Commission Members Absent: <br />Staff Members Present: <br />Jennifer Hunt <br />Jeff Hirt, Planning Manager <br />Matt Post, Senior Planner <br />Cameron Fowlkes, City Engineer <br />Ben Jackson, Planning Clerk <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Motion to approve the agenda was moved by Moline, seconded by Mihaly, and adopted <br />by voice vote. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Motion to approve the minutes for the June 2024 meeting was moved by Baskett, <br />seconded by Choi, and adopted by voice vote. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />Tamara Kranz, a Louisville resident, submitted a request to make a comment on items <br />not on the agenda, specifically regarding the comprehensive plan update. She wanted to <br />point out the change made to the original vision statement after the first round of public <br />input. The original statement was: "Louisville is committed to a healthy, equitable, <br />resilient, and sustainable community," and it also included the phrase "where we preserve <br />our small-town character."
