L <br />NOVEMBER 2024 GENERAL ELECTION <br />Election time is fast approaching! In addition to national <br />and state contests, Louisville voters in Ward 1 will also <br />decide a City Council seat. Here are some key dates <br />and details from Boulder County Elections: <br />Voting & ballot return <br />Active, registered voters will automatically be mailed <br />a ballot, but Vote Centers also operate for those who <br />need or simply want to vote in person. The Louisville <br />Recreation & Senior Center has a secure 24-hour ballot <br />box and will host a Vote Center beginning October 21. <br />Voter registration <br />If you are not sure if you are registered or have <br />moved recently, check your voter registration at <br />GoVoteColorado.gov. Colorado does not have a <br />registration deadline (you can register and vote on the <br />same day), but registration by Monday, October 28 is <br />encouraged so you get a mail ballot sent to you. <br />Know your voting rights <br />Please see the Boulder County Elections website at <br />BoulderCounty.gov/Elections or contact their office <br />if you have any doubt about your ability to register or <br />vote. If you know someone overseas, they have the <br />right to vote too. Let them know! <br />Spanish & other language resources <br />The election office and Vote Centers have access to a <br />language assistant hotline to assist voters with ballot <br />translation needs in multiple languages.
