I la City of <br />f <br />Om Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />Local Licensing Authority <br />2024 Annual Report <br />While the Louisville Local Licensing Authority experienced another active year in <br />2024 there was still a high level of compliance by liquor licensees. This is <br />attributed to state and local licensing laws, as well as responsible licensees, <br />patrons, and the Louisville Police Department. The city has established good <br />working relationships with licensees and assists them in avoiding actual or <br />potential non-compliance. <br />After serving the City of Louisville as a member of the Local Licensing Authority <br />for 29 years Marguerite Lipton did not seek reappointment to the board. The <br />Authority gives Ms. Lipton a heartfelt thank you for her service and will miss her <br />knowledge and dedication. <br />The Authority would like to recognize its appreciation of the Louisville Police <br />Department for their time and commitment to the Authority and the community. <br />We would also like to acknowledge Melinda Culley, Kelly P.C., Attorney for the <br />Authority for her advice and counsel during 2024. <br />The Authority is fortunate to have the services of dedicated professionals and <br />board members.
