No. 1594-2011, § 12, 6-7-2011) <br />State Law reference— Limitation on local license fee, C.R.S. § 12-48.5-110. <br />Sec. 5.16.140. - Suspension or revocation of license. <br />The city council may, after determining at a public hearing that the licensee has violated any provisions of <br />this Code or of the state statutes, suspend a license for a specific length of time not less than five days nor <br />longer than 20 days, or upon determination of repeated violations of this Code or the state statutes, revoke <br />any license issued under this chapter. <br />(Code 1977, § 5.16.140; Ord.
