No. 1047-1991, § 1) <br />Sec. 5.16.090. - Reporting of disturbances. <br />Any person who is employed at or is an operator of a massage parlor shall immediately report to the city <br />police department any unlawful or disorderly act, conduct, or disturbance committed on the premises of the <br />massage parlor. <br />(Code 1977, § 5.16.090; Ord. No. 1047-1991, § 1) <br />Sec. 5.16.100. - Minors not permitted on premises. <br />No person under the age of 18 years shall be allowed within or upon the premises of a massage parlor. <br />(Code 1977, § 5.16.100; Ord. No. 532-1977, § 1.10; Ord. No. 1047-1991, § 1) <br />Sec. 5.16.110. - Sale or transfer of licensed business. <br />A. A license for a massage parlor cannot be transferred from one geographic location to another. A <br />change of location of the premises previously licensed under this chapter shall require a new <br />application for a license and the payment of the application fee. The city council shall hold a <br />public hearing before issuing a new license for the new location. <br />B. Upon the sale or transfer of any ownership interest in a massage parlor, the existing license shall <br />expire. A new application for a license shall be made by the new owner or operator. A public <br />hearing may be required prior to issuing a license required by transfer or sale to determine if the <br />applicant is of good moral character and reputation. <br />(Code 1977, § 5.16.110; Ord. No. 1047-1991, § 1) <br />Sec. 5.16.120. - Renewal of license. <br />Application for the renewal of an existing license shall be made to the city council not less than 45 days <br />prior to the date of expiration of the existing license. The city council may cause a hearing on the application <br />to be held. No such renewal hearing shall be held until a notice of hearing has been conspicuously posted <br />on the licensed premises for a period of ten days and notice of the hearing has been provided the applicant <br />at least ten days prior to the hearing.
