Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />February 27, 2025 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />Johnson thanked the Commissioners and staff for accommodating them and allowing <br />for a special meeting to discuss the application. <br />Commissioner Discussion: <br />Baskett said that she was comfortable with the proposed design for the temporary <br />parking lot. <br />Choi said he thought it was a good step in the right direction to get the development <br />started, and was in support of the application. <br />Moline said that he was in support. <br />Bangs said that he was in support. <br />Hunt said that she was in support. <br />Baskett said that she was in support. <br />Motion to approve Resolution 2, Series 2025 was moved by Choi and seconded by Hunt. <br />The motion was adopted by a vote of 5 to 0. <br />None were heard. <br />None were heard. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />STAFF COMMENTS <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion to adjourn was moved by Moline, seconded by Choi, and adopted by voice vote. <br />The Commission adjourned at 6:56pm. <br />
