Planned Unit Development Amendment — King Soopers Marketplace: <br />Consideration of Resolution 3 to approve a Planned Unit Development Amendment to <br />allow a grocery store and gasoline service station at 1171 W Dillon Road. <br />Staff Presentation: <br />Post introduced the presentation for the PUD amendment. He covered history of the site, <br />current zoning and applicable plans, and the current site layout.
