Bold indicates firms short-listed for interview. <br />3,000.00 <br />ALTERNATIVE(S): <br />An alternative to completing these plans is to continue using the adopted 2012 PROST <br />Master Plan as the guiding planning document for the Department and continue managing <br />the trail system on a project -by -project basis. <br />Staff believe this alternative will result in reactionary management and potential <br />uncertainty as to whether PROS facilities, programs and services meet the needs and <br />desires of the community as a whole. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommend the City Council vote in support of the award to DTJ, approve the master <br />consulting agreement for $375,500 with an amount not -to -exceed $400,000 and authorize <br />the Mayor, City Manager, Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Director and City Clerk to <br />sign and execute contract documents on behalf of the City. <br />ATTACHMENT(S): <br />1.
