The site driveway opposite of Dogwood Street needs to be shifted easterly and <br /> conform to the standards and guidelines outlined in Section 2.1.1 of the City's <br /> Industrial Development Design Standards and Guidelines. <br /> Response: Proposed driveway has been relocated east of Dogwood Street. <br /> 25. It appears the site grading may impact an existing 54" RCP located within an <br /> existing 27.5' drainage easement. Civil Plans need to include a profile of the south <br /> side of the site which shows the existing ground, the proposed grade and the existing <br /> 54" RCP to ensure site grading will not impact the storm sewer line. <br /> Response: Per 11/29/2006 City review meeting additional information has been <br /> provided <br />
