<br /> ORDINANCE 779 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING VARIOUS SECTIONS <br /> OF TITLE 16 AND TITLE 17 OF THE <br /> LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATIVE TO <br /> THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS, ADMINISTRATION <br /> AND ENFORCEMENT OF THE ZONING REGULATIONS <br /> AND ESTABLISHING A REQUIREMENT THAT ALL <br /> PROPERTY TO BE DEVELOPED WITHIN THE CITY <br /> UNDERTAKE THE SUBDIVISION PROCESS OF TITLE 16 <br /> OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE. <br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain modifications should <br />be made to the zoning and subdivision ordinances of the City of Louisville; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed modifications have been presented to and <br />approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Louisville. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1. Sections 17.48.020, 17.48.040, 17.48.050, 17.48.060, <br />17.48.090, 17.52.060 (F), 17.52.070 (C), 17.52.080, 17.52.090, 17.52.110, <br />17.52.140 (C), 17.60.020, shall be repealed. <br /> Section 2. The following Sections shall be added to Chapter 17.48 <br />of Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code. <br /> 17.48.020 Members - Appointment. <br /> The Board of Adjustment shall consist of five members who shall be <br />appointed by the City Council. None of the members may be current members of the <br />City Planning Commission. <br /> 17.48.040 Chairman. <br /> Members of the Board of Adjustment shall elect from among their <br />members by a majority vote a chairman to serve for a term of one year. <br /> 17.48.050 Removal from office. <br /> The City Council shall have the power to remove any member from the <br />Board of Adjustments for cause after a public hearing. <br /> 17.48.060 Number of votes required for case approvals. <br /> The concurring vote of four members of the Board of Adjustment <br />shall be required to approve variances and to overturn decisions made by the <br />zoning administrator presented to such Board. Any other matters shall require <br />a majority vote of members present of the Board of Adjustment. <br /> 17.48.090 Appeals. <br /> Appeals to the Board of Adjustment concerning any order, requirement, <br />decision or determination made by the zoning administrator charged with the <br />enforcement of this Title may be taken <br />
