<br /> 17.52.140 Violations. <br /> C. If the violation which is the subject of the notice <br /> delivered by the zoning administrator is not remedied within a <br /> reasonable time or a time set by said zoning administrator, action <br /> may be brought against the party or parties in violation pursuant to <br /> this Title and any other appropriate legal process may be undertaken <br /> by the City to remedy the violation. <br /> Section 4. The following Section shall be added to Chapter <br /> - <br /> 17.60 of Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code. <br /> 17.60.020 Application-Form-Contents. <br /> I. All applications will be accompanied by a filing fee <br /> which shall be the same amount as the fee required for filing of a <br /> special review use. <br /> Section 5. The following Section shall be added to Chapter <br /> 16.04 of Title 16 of the Louisville Municipal Code. <br /> 16.04.070 Requirement of subdivision. <br /> Prior to the issuance of a building permit for construction <br /> of a structure or for the alteration or extension of an existing use, <br /> the property owner or his representative must undertake and complete <br /> the subdivision process as set forth under this Title. For purposes <br /> of this section, the term structure shall not include fences, flag <br /> poles, or retaining walls. <br /> Section 6. The following Section shall be added to Chapter <br /> - 17.16 of Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code. <br /> 17.16.260 Solar devises. <br /> Solar devises, including windchargers, not including <br /> active solar panels, where the height of such devise exceeds the <br /> maximum height allowed in the underlying zone must be approved as a <br /> special review use. Furthermore, any such devise within 150 feet of <br /> a platted residential lot must be approved as a special review use. <br /> -3- <br />
