Planning Commission <br />Staff Report <br />June 12, 2025 <br />PROPOSAL: <br />The applicant is proposing to install approximately 33,500 square feet of solar canopy <br />structures on the subject property. Approximately half of the canopy structures will be in <br />the western front and side parking areas, and the remaining solar canopy structures will <br />be located along the rear truck court. The solar structures proposed along the front and <br />side parking areas will be approximately 18.75 feet tall with a vehicle clearance height <br />of 15.3 feet. The solar cover is approximately 18.75 feet wide. The solar canopies will <br />cover 99 existing parking spaces and will not take away any existing parking spaces. <br />The solar canopies in the rear truck court will be 28 feet tall and 37.6 feet wide. The <br />canopy columns will be spaced approximately 18 feet apart.
