Preliminary Internal Review Draft <br />Engaging the Community to Understand Vision & Values <br />A diverse range of residents participated in the first round of engagement (Engagement Windows 1 and <br />1.5) to share input and help define the community's Core Values. These Values form the foundation of this <br />Comprehensive Plan. The engagement effort included a community survey, open houses, and pop-up <br />events.
