<br />Section 5.9 OTHER FRINGE-BENEFITS <br />A. Insurance programs provided by the City for perm a n e n t <br />full-time employees are as follows: <br /> a . Membership in the group health insurance prog ram. <br /> b. Membership in the group dental insurance program. <br /> c . Membership in the group life insurance prog ram. <br /> d . Membershi p in the group short-term disability program. <br /> e. All part-time employee's are entitled to a m em be r s hip <br /> in the group health, dental, life, and short-term <br /> disability insurance programs provided by the City. <br /> The City.s contribution shall be seventy-seven (77%) <br /> of the cost per month for part-time employees who work <br /> thirty (30) hours per week. <br />Eligibility, coverage, and benefits for the above insurance <br />plans are subject tot he term s and conditions, including a <br />waiting period or other time limits, contained in the con- <br />tract between the City of Louisville and the Insurance carriers. <br /> CHAPTER 7 <br />Section 7.4 CITY VEHICLES <br />When a city employee or an official i s provided with a city <br />owned vehicle and the expense of operating and maintaining the <br />same is borne by the City. the vehicle is to be used only for <br />the conduct of City business and i s not to be used by the <br />individual at any other time or for any other purpose than <br />the conduct of City business unless authorized by the City <br />Cou nc i 1 . The use of any vehicle designated as emerg ency. <br />temporary emergency, or law enforcement vehicle shall be <br />governed by the rules of the department to which it is <br />assigned. When such vehicle is provided, the employee i s <br />not entitled to reimbursement for mileage. <br />
