Sisk <br />thanked Jon Buri for the professional manner in which he approached this project. Sisk <br />asked Buri for clarification that a curfew and a timer for the lights have been previously <br />discussed. <br /> <br />Buri replied, yes. He explained that the Parks & Recreation Department would establish <br />the curfew. <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council authorize staff to obtain bids to light the Recreation Center <br />tennis courts, seconded by Mayer. <br /> <br />Davidson thanked Jon Buri and the Centennial Valley Tennis Association for the manner <br />in which they worked with the City of Louisville to accomplish this project. Light <br />explained that the version of the Ordinance included in the Council packets contains <br />proposed second reading amendments, including an Appendix A, which was distributed <br />under separate cover.
