Davidson thanked the Boulder County Commissioners for making this transaction <br />possible, specifically Commissioner Ron Stewart who made the offer on their behalf. He <br />stated that this preserves what has become a key piece of open space after the purchase of <br />the Warembourg property and other purchases in association with the Northwest Parkway <br />Intergovernmental Agreement. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council approve Resolution No. 30, Series 1999 - A Resolution <br />Approving a Purchase Agreement to Buy and Sell Vacant Real Estate and Conservation <br />Easement, seconded by Keany. <br /> <br />Roll call was taken.
