He explained that the street is currently unimproved and unmaintained and <br />suggested that the road be 'bladed' more often to remove the washboards. <br /> <br />Sisk asked Phare whether the City would be able to accommodate Mr. Gray's suggestion. <br /> <br />Phare replied, yes. <br /> <br />Sisk commended Gray for his willingness to work with the neighbors and address their <br />concerns. <br /> <br />Gray explained that they have purchased a water tank, which can be mounted on a dump <br />truck, to spray the road more often and agreed, as part of the PUD, to monitor the road <br />dust. <br /> <br />Keany asked Gray if G.E. Enterprises provides retail sales. <br /> <br />Gray replied, no. He explained that they are contractors. <br /> <br />Keany asked for clarification that the traffic would be the result of deliveries, employees, <br />and customers. <br /> <br />Gray replied that the traffic results from employees leaving in the morning and later in <br />the day and deliveries to the facility. He explained that the major portion of the deliveries <br />occur only twice a year, spring and fall. <br /> <br />Keany asked whether there would be any on-site parking available. <br /> <br />Gray replied yes there is employee parking on-site. He explained that the company <br />vehicles are parked on-site overnight. He stated that, on occasion, a developer might <br />come into the office for a design review. <br /> <br />Lathrop asked Gray whether he was leasing the property and if there was a second leasor <br />on the property. <br /> <br />Gray replied, yes. <br /> <br />Lathrop asked for clarification that the other party on the property is aware of and agrees <br />to this Special Review Use. <br /> <br />Gray replied that they have obtained a letter of support from the leasor.
