o <br /> <br />That one monument sign is authorized for this development at the southeast corner of the <br />site and that it provide identification for the Comfort Inn and a single major tenant in this <br />development; <br /> <br />That there is recorded prior to recording of the Final Plat and Final PUD an assignment <br />allowing the use of Parcel S-3 for drainage in conformance with the approved drainage <br />plan, which instrument shall be received by the City prior to its recording. <br /> <br />Provisions shall be added to the development agreement addressing maintenance of <br />facilities and coordination of development activities on Parcel S~3. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The subdivider shall install an additional 20' of off-site landscaping in Parcel S-3 adjacent <br />to Buildings D and C-2. Landscaping shall be installed in accordance with <br />recommendations and policies within the City of Louisville Landscape Beautification Plan. <br /> <br />° <br /> <br />The PUD shall modified with a note stating, "Auto service uses and drive thru restaurants <br />shall be excluded uses within the development.
