CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> <br />JULY 6, 1999 <br /> <br />REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in a regular session in the Council <br />Chambers at City Hall, 749 Main Street, Louisville Colorado. Mayor Tom Davidson <br />called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and the following persons were present - <br /> <br />City Council: <br /> <br />Mayor Tom Davidson, Mayor Pro-Tem Chuck Sisk, Rob <br />Lathrop, Tom Mayer, and Arnold Levihn <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director <br />Tom Phare, Public Works Director <br />Dianne Ray, Finance Director <br /> <br />Also Present: <br />Excused: <br /> <br />Sam Light, City Attorney <br /> <br />Jay Keany, Kevin Howard <br /> <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Davidson called for any changes to the Agenda. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson moved that Council approve the Agenda, seconded by Levihn. All in favor. <br /> <br /> / <br /> APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Davidson called for any changes to the Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />Mayer stated that the minutes are three months behind and requested that they be brought <br />up to date. <br /> <br />Davidson agreed. <br /> <br />Davidson moved that Council approve the Consent Agenda, seconded by Levihn. All in <br />favor. <br /> <br /> <br />
