<br />MEETING MINUTES OF THE <br />LOUISVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />Tuesday, December 19, 2006 at 8:00 a.m. <br />Sunnyside Community Room <br />401 East Street <br />Louisville, CO 80027 <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Jay Keany, Doris Fasbender, Callan Childs, Terri Abbott <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: Scott McKenzie <br /> <br />Staff Present: Frank Alexander, Executive Director; Dorene Honeycutt, Administrative <br />Division Manager; Lisa Bangs, Accountant <br /> <br />Others Present: Sheri Marsella, City Council Liaison; Paul Woods, City of Louisville Planning <br />Director; Sean McCartney, City of Louisville Principal Planner <br /> <br />Meeting was called to order at 8:07 a.m. by Jay Keany, Chair. <br /> <br />Agenda was approved for the December 19,2006 meeting. <br /> <br />Doris Fasbender brought up one remark about the minutes from the November 28, 2006 meeting. <br />Her intention was not to ask how many tenants would leave, but how many would a rent increase <br />affect. A rent increase proposal will be brought before the board for the next meeting. <br /> <br />After clarification on Doris' question/statement, minutes for the November 28, 2006 <br />meeting were approved and unanimously passed. <br /> <br />Matter from Members of the Public: None. <br /> <br />Directors Report: Frank Alexander <br /> <br />During the Director's report, Frank expressed an appreciation for the current LHA board. He felt <br />that the board had a very strong and productive year. Sheri Marsella expressed an appreciation <br />for Frank and Lisa and the job they have done with the board as well. <br /> <br />Two requests came up during this discussion: A request for a site tour and to send Sean <br />McCarthy a copy of packet each week starting in January. <br /> <br />It was brought to Frank's attention that the parking lot lights at Lilac are out. Frank subsequently <br />put in a request to Maintenance. Don Roybal, BCHA Maintenance manager contacted the City <br />of Louisville about this item, as it is not a Housing maintenance issue, but rather, the City of <br />Louisville's issue. <br />
