MEETING MINUTES OF THE LOUISVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY Tuesday, January 30, 2007 at 8:00 a.m. Regal Square Community Room Louisville, CO 80027 Commissioners Present: Jay Keany, Terri Abbott, Doris Fasbender, Scott McKenzie, Callan Childs Commissioners Absent: none Staff Present: Frank Alexander, Executive Director; Dorene Honeycutt, Administrative Division Manager; Lisa Bangs, Accountant Others Pres'ent: Sheri Marsella, City Council Liaison; Paul Woods, City of Louisville Planning . Director; Sean McCartney, City of Louisville Principal Planner . Meeting Was called to order at 8:05 a.m. by Jay Keany, Chair. Motion to approve Agenda after the following errors were corrected: Minutes should have been from the December 19, 2006 meeting., the resolutions were actually incorrectly numbered. Resolution 2007-01 was for 2007-02, and Item #13 should have been February 2ih. Agenda was passed and approved with changes. Move IZ to end of the meeting. Dorene to correct official Agenda and packet in the file room at BCHA. Matter frolD Members of the Public: None. Directors Report: Frank Alexander Frank announced two staff leaving. Marty Baker will be retiring Aprill, 2007 and Jodi Ansell wilLbe leaving as of January 31,2007. Marty's position will be posted in the next few weeks. She has served the Housing Authority for 27.5 years. Jodi has been integral working with the Seniors in not only Louisville, but in all Housing Authority locations. We will be doing some analysis on adding additional hours for this position. We are looking for someone that knows about Senior issues, has some housing experience, is more advocacy oriented and the possibility of expanding a volunteer committee at . sites.
