Appointment to Louisville Cultural Council <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> Alan Sobel, 1408 Kennedy Avenue, Louisville, CO continued the filibuster, which he <br /> began on April 6, 2010. The filibuster addressed his belief the City of Louisville protects <br /> the interests of large corporations and not the interests of its residents. He felt the City <br /> has refused to notify residents of the Cable Bill of Rights and Comcast Cable Company <br /> has ignored the Louisville Municipal Code and the City has allowed it. <br /> COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br /> AGENDA <br /> Mayor Sisk reported on the January 25 RTD meeting, where he testified on behalf of the <br /> US 36 Mayors Coalition, on the disbursement of the $305 million dollars to fund <br /> transportation projects. There was a request for $16 million dollars for Longmont to <br /> start service on a bus /train station; $90 million dollars to 1 -225; $90 million to North <br />
