Administer the <br /> '. I Public Access [ehannelfsj and facilities in compliance with applicable federal, state and local <br /> laws, rules, regulations, and in compliance with the Franchise Agreement. CCTV shall be solely <br /> responsible at its expense for all actions necessary for such compliance. <br /> F TItAINING. Train City residents, and when requested, City and school or college <br /> employees in the techniques of video production, and provide technical advise in tlle execution <br /> of productions. <br /> G. PLA YBACKlCABLECAST. Provide for the playback/cablecasting of programs <br /> I on the Public Access €[hmmelfsj. <br /> H, MAINTENANCE OF EQUIPMENT. Provide regular preventative maintenance <br /> I and other maintenance and repair of all -vtEiee-Public Access egquipment and any other 1?IQ1~n.Y <br /> that is purchased v'lith monies received pursuant to this Agreement or that is donated, loaned, or <br /> I leased to CCTV by the City. Establish in \vriting and A~dminister a system for reservation and <br /> check-out/check in of Public Access egquipment used by community producers. <br /> 1. SPECIAL NEEDS GROUPS. Support special needs groups, including but not <br /> limited to the hearing impaired, in program production through training and other means. <br /> 3 <br />
