Provide regular preventative maintenance I and other maintenance and repair of all -vtEiee-Public Access egquipment and any other 1?IQ1~n.Y that is purchased v'lith monies received pursuant to this Agreement or that is donated, loaned, or I leased to CCTV by the City. Establish in \vriting and A~dminister a system for reservation and check-out/check in of Public Access egquipment used by community producers. 1. SPECIAL NEEDS GROUPS.
