<br />Section 1. The proposed Tri-Party Agreement among the City of Louisville, the <br />Louisville Revitalization Commission, and the County of Boulder, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby approved. <br />Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the attached version of Tri-Party <br />Agreement on behalf of the City Council of the City of Louisville, except that the Mayor is hereby <br />further authorized to negotiate and approve such revisions to the Tri-Party Agreement as the Mayor <br />determines are necessary or desirable for the protection of the City, so long as the essential terms <br />and conditions of such Amendment are not altered. <br /> 2 <br />
