<br />Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the attached Amendment on <br />behalf of the City Council of the City of Louisville, provided the Amendment has first been <br />approved by the legislative body of each other party to the IGA. <br />Section 3. The Mayor is hereby further authorized to negotiate and approve such <br />revisions to the Amendment as the Mayor determines are necessary or desirable for the protection <br />of the City, so long as the essential terms and conditions of such Amendment are not altered. <br />Section 4. Approval of the Amendment is not a determination by the City that any <br />zoning application for the Hoyle Property meets the standards of the Louisville Comprehensive <br />Plan and Louisville Municipal Code and nothing herein is intended or shall be construed to limit, <br />impair or affect the decision-making authority of the City Council as respects such standards. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of December, 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />~ <br /> 2 <br />
