<br />C. It is unlawful to mark on, or deface in any way, any sign, structure, or natural <br /> feature maintained by the City of Louisville. <br />D. All caching activities must be on Open Space parcels classified as "Visitor" <br /> or "Other" lands. No caching will be permitted to occur on properties <br /> classified as "Preserve" or "Protect". <br />E. Caches must be made within formal trail corridors. Off-trail caches are not <br /> permitted. <br />F. For purposes of this section: <br /> 1. "geocaching" is defined as a recreational activity requiring the participant <br /> to search for hidden items using global positioning system coordinates <br /> retrieved from an internet site or other source. <br /> 2. "multi-caching" is defined as a variation of geocaching requiring the <br /> participant to obtain clues by locating numerous physical sites with a global <br /> positioning system, which clues eventually lead the participant to a final <br /> physical site. <br />Sec. 4.04.040. Enforcement of rules. <br /> The Director and any law enforcement officers acting in the line of duty shall <br />have the authority to enforce the provisions of this chapter and shall have the <br />authority to eject from any Open Space any person acting in violation of the <br />provisions ofthis chapter. Further, the Director shall have the authority to deny use <br />of Open Space to individuals or groups who refuse to comply with the provisions of <br />this chapter and regulations promulgated hereunder. <br />Sec. 4.04.050. Enforcement of applicable laws and ordinances. <br /> All persons entering Open Space shall abide by the rules and regulations of the <br />City, as provided in this chapter and elsewhere in this code, the rules and regulations <br />promulgated by the Director, and the instructions and directions of duly authorized <br />agents, employees or law enforcement officers of the City acting in their official <br />capacity. <br />Sec. 4.04.060. Hours of use. <br /> Unless otherwise posted, Open Space within the City shall be open daily from one <br />hour prior to sunrise until one hour after sunset. Except for employees of the City <br />acting in the performance of their duties, no person shall be or remain in any Open <br />Space at any other time, unless a written permit allowing occupancy for extended <br />hours is obtained in advance from the Director.
