Upon roll call the following were present onstituting a quorum: Mayor: Lawrence Caranci Mayor Pro-Tern: Herman Fauson Council Members: Gary Carnival Don Cummings Frank Domenico Norbert Meier Anthony Del Pizzo Also present: City Clerk: Patricia Stahl ~ City Attorney: Bruce Joss Absent: The City Clerk informed the Council that o dinance No. 712, Series 1981, relating to the issuance of an Industrial Development Revenue Bond (Reg al Investment Associate , Limited, Project), Series 1981, which was introduced, approv on first reading, and ordered published once in full at a reg lar meeting of the' Council held on January 6, 1981, was duly pu 1ished once in full in the Louisville Times, a newspaper of gene al circula- tion published in the City of Louisville, Colorado, in its edition of January 7, 1981. Presentation and consideration of said Ordinance at the Council's regular meeting on Januar 20, 1981, was postponed until this regular meeting of the Counci .
