On motion duly adopted, it was ordered that said Ordi- nance, after its approval by the Mayor and attestation Clerk, be published as provided above in the Louisvil e Times, a newspaper published and of general circulation in t e City of Lousiville, and be recorded by the City Ordinance Book according to law.
