ORDINANCE NQ. 715 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING VARIOUS SECTIONS OF TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE, CLARIFYING AND REVISING CERTAIN SECTIONS, REVISING THE SIGN CODE, AND REVISING CERTAIN PROCEDURES RELATED TO ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT. WHEREAS, the City Staff of the City of Louisville has reviewed the existing zoning ordinances and determined certain modifications should be made; and, WHEREAS, the proposed modifications have been presented to, and approved by the Planning Commission. NOH, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. Section 17.16.010 of the Louisville Municipal Code shall be repealed. Section 2. The following section shall be added to Chapter 17.16 of Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code: 17.16.Q10 District Boundaries Unless otherwise specified, district boundaries are lot lines or the centerline of streets, alleys, railroad rights-of-way, or such lines extended. Where a district divides a land parcel under a single ownership into two districts, then the entire parcel shall be zoned for the less restrictive use by the adjustment of the boundaries, provided the boundary adjustment is a distance of less than twenty feet. If the adjustme~t involves a distance of more than twenty feet, the procedures for rezoning shall be followed. Section 3. Section 17.16.030(E) of the Louisville Municipal Code shall be repealed. Section 4. The following sub-section (E) shall be added - to section 17.16.030 of the Louisville Municipal Code: 17.16.030(E) Accessory structures and uses shall comply with the yard and bulk regulations applicable in the district in which they are located as set forth under section 17.12.040 of this Code. Section 5. The following sub-sections shall be added to section 17.16.040, Chapter 17.16 of the Louisville Municipal Code:
